I had to leave a second review because factory Auto body just went over and beyond what they had to do to help me and I am so very appreciative. The turnaround is so quick, they're so accommodating, and just plain nice. With the year I have been having it is a breath of fresh air to have them help! THANK YOU!

I drove to Factory Autobody this morning and was greeted with smiles from everyone. I was in desperate need of their services because another location says it couldn’t be done. I spoke with Loak S. about my dilemma and was told the problem could be fixed. I returned in the afternoon and was so excited with the outcome. Everything was perfect. I received more than I bargained for, outstanding professionalism , pride in the workmanship and great customer service. From a HAPPY customer.

This shop is hands down the best shop I could have ever found! After my wreck and calling around, I couldn't find an affordable shop to help me. But then I found Factory Autobody and they were very kind and worked with me and my insurance company. They walked me through the process, updated me on any changes, and gave me a very fair price. And love how well they did the repairs despite how bad the damages were and how much they worked with me for pricing. Definitely one for the books 🙌🏾

If I could give factory auto body 10 Stars I would. I was a little nervous at first because I always just send my car to the dealership for everything however this shop was recommended to me so I said let me try it out and Loak and his team did not disappoint me. They did agreat job on my 2025 Chevrolet Equinox everybody keeps asking me if I bought a new truck and I have gotten so many compliments it does not look like it was hit by a 18-wheeler. I have been out of the country so I don't know how much it has rained in Georgia but but my detail is holding up as well. It was a pleasure doing business here or before and after pictures
